Piyo Sculpt

It was time for me to press play on Piyo Sculpt.  This workout hits all the main areas (arms, legs, core).  It is a quick workout that I can squeeze in during a day that is full of conquering my to-do list.

My knee still feels good today.  I am holding my breath that it stays that way.

Today’s Workout:

  • Piyo Sculpt
  • 40: tricep dips, push ups, squats, lunges, donkey kicks, bridges, fire hydrants, Russian twists, ankle taps, reverse crunches, scissor kicks, clam shells, and dead bugs
  • 20: leg and hip extensions, single leg deadlifts, and supermans
  • 2:30 planks
  • arm weights, 10 reps, three rounds

What did you do for your workout today?

I am going to be trying a new pancake recipe for dinner tonight.  I really hope we all like it, because it is super simple!  If it turns out, I will be sure to get it posted for you all.
