Piyo Sculpt
It was time for me to press play on Piyo Sculpt. This workout hits all the main areas (arms, legs, core). It is a quick workout that I can squeeze in during a day that is full of conquering my to-do list.
My knee still feels good today. I am holding my breath that it stays that way.
- Piyo Sculpt
- 40: tricep dips, push ups, squats, lunges, donkey kicks, bridges, fire hydrants, Russian twists, ankle taps, reverse crunches, scissor kicks, clam shells, and dead bugs
- 20: leg and hip extensions, single leg deadlifts, and supermans
- 2:30 planks
- arm weights, 10 reps, three rounds

I am going to be trying a new pancake recipe for dinner tonight. I really hope we all like it, because it is super simple! If it turns out, I will be sure to get it posted for you all.
