Life happens. Yesterday did not go as I had planned. Between chasing the neighbor’s loose dogs to Mr. C deciding not to nap, I had to get in whatever I could get in. My workout ended up being Piyo Core and the March Core Challenge (40 bicycle crunches, reverse crunches, supermans, knee to elbow planks, leg raises, and 6:15 planks)

Today, I was able to get in a full workout though! It felt great! It was a very cold morning in Ohio. I chickened out and chose the treadmill instead of bundling up to run outside. I am ready for these sub freezing temps to be done for awhile. (In a few months, I will be dreading the heat and wishing for cooler temps).
My choice of entertainment during the run today was watching American Ninja Warriors All Stars. There is something about watching other athletes push themselves to their fullest capabilities that really gets my blood pumping. These athletes are absolutely amazing, incredibly STRONG! I am always blown away by what they can do. Who else enjoys watching some ANW?!?!?
